Meet Konekti AI

Konekti AI (K-AI for short) is the AI assistant built into Konekti. You ask a question in plain language, and K-AI works across your workspace to answer it, grounded in your own data.

Think of K-AI as a colleague who already knows their way around Konekti. You don't need to know where a feature lives or how to write a query. You describe what you want, and K-AI works out how to help.

What K-AI helps you with​

K-AI supports you across the core Konekti workflow, from raw data through to analysis. There are three things it helps you do:

  • Modeling: turn your data into a solid model. K-AI explores your connected sources and helps you build and refine your assets (objects & activities), relations, and processes.
  • Analysis: draw insights out of your processes. Ask about a single case or across all of them: durations, bottlenecks, variants, trends, and more.
  • Debugging: find out why something looks wrong. K-AI helps you track down issues, such as a missing relationship between objects, and points you toward a fix.

K-AI works with what you have modeled. The more complete your model, the more K-AI can do for you. When something isn't modeled yet, K-AI tells you what's needed first rather than guessing.

Two ways to use K-AI​

You can reach K-AI in two places and move between them freely:

  • The fullpage gives you the complete view, including K-AI's step-by-step thinking
  • The sidechat stays with you as you work, not needed now? Just collapse it. as it works through your request.

How you ask makes the difference​

K-AI can see your data, but it can't read your mind. The quality of your answer depends heavily on the quality of your question.

A vague request like "What's wrong, check it and just fix it" gives a poor result more often than not. A clear, specific request that states your goal, gives the right context, and sets the scope will get you a far better answer, far more reliably.
