Introduction
🚀 Konekti helps you to model high-quality data for process mining in no time.
🔓 Process data preparation is time-consuming. Save time on data preparation and focus on unlocking the value from your process.
Why Konekti?
Data preparation for process mining can be complex and time-consuming. Konekti addresses these challenges with a set of key features:
- Guided Data Preparation: Accelerate your development cycles with our intuitive, step-by-step guidance.
- No-Code Interface: Easily initiate and articulate your work to others through our user-friendly interface, eliminating the need for coding.
- Flexibility: Quickly change the perspective from which you analyze the process, generating new analyses without redoing the data preparation.
- Containerized: Install Konekti directly where your data resides, ensuring seamless integration with your existing infrastructure.
Konekti in 2 Minutes ⏱️
Konekti is purpose-built for process mining, streamlining the journey from raw data to (OCPM) event logs ready for analysis. Here's a step-by-step breakdown:
Step 1: Add Your Data
Connect to databases, cloud file storage (data lakes), or upload files directly to Konekti via the sources module.
Step 2: Identify Building Blocks
Identify relevant process data, including:
Objects: entities with a lifecycle, like documents (e.g., orders, invoices).
Activities: descriptions of actions performed on objects, like its creation, modification, or deletion.
Relations: connections between objects and other objects, and objects and activities.
Collect the objects, activities, and relations by navigating through your data, and store and organize them in the event store, the core of Konekti.
Step 3: Design Your Log
Event logs are the backbone of process mining. In Konekti you can create as many event logs from an event store as you'd like. You can create a new event log in three simple steps using Konekti's Log Designer:
- Select the Case Object: the main object to follow through the process (e.g., order line).
- Choose Other Objects: select other objects to include in your log; you can only select objects that have a relation to the object (like the order), or are indirectly related to the object (i.e. via another object).
- Select Activities: choose relevant activities to include from a list of all activities related to the objects from steps 1 and 2.
Step 4: Extract Your Event Log for validation
Extract the event log from Konekti and load into your process mining tool for the first validation. You can export the log you created from the log details screen, or you can connect your process mining tool to the Konekti database.
Step 5: Deploy the transformations to production
When modeling is done and you're ready to bring the analysis to production, you can deploy the generated Spark or PostgreSQL code to your production environment. This ensures optimal processing times and alignment with company-wide data initiatives.
